Speeds are dependent on available backhaul capacity and internal wi-fi connections in your home. Customers already using our service can keep their existing router using wi-fi 5 being able to achieve a maximum speed of 150Mbps download using a Hap ac2 router and 300Mbps download using a Mikrorik Hap ac3 router or purchase a new wi-fi 6 enabled router with max speed circa 600Mbps. Wi-fi speeds are dependent on the device connecting to it and must be wi-fi 6 enabled to achieve the maximum quoted wi-fi speeds. Devices connected via a LAN cable will be able to achieve speeds of up to 1,000Mbps
